Asus has announced the upgrade of its desktop system ROG G20CB-P1080 to integrate the latest technologies both processor and graphics. This new Gaming team has slim form factor and is designed to offer maximum performance possible minimum space.
To begin with, and how could it be otherwise, Asus has updated this team ROG series with the latest Intel processors sixth generation, with the Intel Core i7-6700 as head of the series, and a plate with chipset H170. Since this is a slim system format it does not have much room for a sink conditions, why the manufacturer has decided to incorporate a processor without “K” to not Overclock is performed and the temperature does not rise too.
Similarly, given that this new ROG G20CB-P1080 incorporates an Intel Skylake platform, has installed 32 GB of RAM DDR4 memory at 2133 MHz, and features the latest graphics cards NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 architecture Pascal, graphics with 8 GB GDDR5X memory that provide excellent performance in any type of game, even at 4K resolution.

With regard to storage, Asus has not installed (although it could) the latest PCI-Express NVMe solutions, but the team has a SATA3 SSD 256GB mechanical hard disk and 3TB in its basic configuration. It has also installed a combo Blu-ray recorder, and has four USB 3.0 ports, two USB 3.1, two USB 2.0, HDMI video output, three DisplayPort and DVI, plus the mandatory RJ-45 Gigabit. It also incorporates a standard WiFi + Bluetooth module.
This team is factory installed Windows 10 Home 64 bits. It is expected to hit the market in the last week of September at a price that will be around 2,200 euros
