With the Radeon RX 480 which is set to make its official debut, Nvidia does not seem to let go and apparently could launch shortly the GeForce GTX Pascal 1060. The new card should be the Nvidia solution for the mid-range segment AMD wants to nab prorpio with Polaris XT and Radeon RX 480.
The rumors that were circulating on the web in recent weeks they wanted a presentation later this month of June, news that is “comfort” from the first picture of the leaked data online.
The GeForce 1060 GTX we see in the picture shows the lines of the other cards of the GeForce 10 series, with a NVTTM heatsink which should offer decent performance.
At the moment there are no other leaked information, according to the data we have available the 1060 GTX GPU would assemble the GP106, with 3 or 6 gigabytes of GDDR5 memory and 192-bit memory bus. The Cuda Core could be in 1536, all for frequencies rather thrusts and a TDP of around 100/125 Watt.
As for the price, Nvidia may place the card in the $ 250-300 range, a figure nothing bad if the performance will be at or slightly higher than Radeon RX 480.
