Hisense has developed a new video to show the LCD Ultra HD M7000 series. These products are part of ULED range, a code that identifies the higher-end TV. The models available are two: H55M7000 (55 “) and H65M7000 (65”). The panels used are LCD LED Edge 10-bit with local dimming. The TV M7000 also supports the expanded gamut: Hisense not quantify exactly this figure, merely speak of a top cover of 25% compared to conventional TVs.
The panel has a refresh rate fixed at 100Hz with Motion Rate Smart 1.200Hz (the motion compensation). It ‘also present support for HDR (High Dynamic Range), the main novelty recently introduced in the video market with the aim of increasing the dynamics of the images and also improve color reproduction.
The Smart TV platform is internally developed by Hisense and is called VIDAA. To manage all the functions is a quad core processor. The available applications are numerous and include YouTube and Netflix (with a remote control button for direct access), also both in Ultra HD resolution. The TV’s are then able to play content in HEVC and VP9.
The integrated media player can read the following file types:

Other features include tuners DVB-T2 and DVB-S2, the four HDMI (two inputs support Ultra HD at 60Hz) sources, the three USB ports (one in version 3.0), optical audio output, headphone output and Wi-Fi connectivity.
