Kyocera wants to change that with its Hydro Shore, a smartphone with IP57 certification (resistance to one meter deep for half an hour) that is priced at only 79 US Dollars, about 70 Euros to direct change.
The terminal has a 5-inch screen with a resolution of only 960 x 540 with 210 Snapdragon processor and only 1GB of RAM with 8GB of storage and 4G. It is powered by a 2,160 mAh battery and has cameras 2 and 5 MP for the front and rear respectively. The operating system used is Android 5.1.
It is clear that this is not the specifications of a high-end, rather the opposite, but the fact of their resistance IP57 can make it an ideal for those who want an aid to take to the beach smartphone option.
