LG is poised to launch a new monitor for the desktop PC segment, we talk about the 27UD58-B, a product that tries to lure you with a diagonal of 27 inches and interesting features, all with a price under $ 500. The company has opted for an AH-IPS panel 3840 x 2160 pixels, with 1000: 1 contrast and brightness of 250 cd / m2 (low value in our opinion).
The response time of 5ms is perhaps not the most suitable for gamers, however the 27UD58-B is also compatible with AMD Free-Sync; the viewing angles are 178/178 degrees, in line with the classic IPS monitor. Finally, there are proprietary technologies like Black Stabilizer, SUPER + Resolution, Flicker-Safe and Blue Light Reduction, with HDMI 2.0 connection options and Dispaly Port.
LG 27UD58-B will be available in Japan starting July 27, the price is about $ 490.
