As criticized and despised for having upset the balance of the Western market, we still have to give merit to Chinese manufacturers: they gave new life to the market, they have awakened some categories from oblivion and has created new ones, but by cutting the profit margin companies. In short, at least for users, there was a big advantage. China, therefore, has moved the entire high-tech sector, by introducing devices by the excellent quality / price ratio sometimes with really unusual. And Oukitel is one example, even today.
Despite being a small Chinese manufacturer, it has managed to establish itself on the market thanks to some of its products, often the subject of marketing campaigns very curious. We met Oukitel the Global Sources Electronics Show in Hong Kong and, therefore, we could not resist a ride in the stand. Our attention is now focused on the smartphone K-Series and especially on Oukitel K6000 and K10000. Are not the first models in the family, since the market is already Oukitel K4000, the smartphone that “resists hammering and drilling,” but were announced recently and is therefore one of the first times that we can see them.
Oukitel K6000 or K10000 Oukitel have much in common, not only the technical but also their main function as they are equipped with a super-battery. Oukitel K6000 integrates from a 6080 mAh, while Oukitel K10000 has a 10000 mAh, but both with the ability to reverse charging can be used as a power bank for charging other devices (four or more). Obviously it will not be possible to charge all devices at 100%, but at least give that little recharge useful to get into the evening with your smartphone on. Oukitel K6000 and K10000 work so as classics charger 5V / 1A and support the quick charge using a power supply 9V / 2A, which according to initial testing has exceptional performance respects to other shippers. For the company, the full battery charge takes place in just 2 hours.
Under the shell of metal, pretty thick but very strong, hides the same data sheet: Oukitel the two models are equipped with a MediaTek MT6735 quad-core processor, with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage, while the 5.5-inch display HD resolution (1280 x 720 pixels). On board, there are also two cameras 13-megapixel (rear) and 5 megapixel (front) and of course Android 5.1 Lollipop. Oukitel K6000 and K10000 will be on the market in the coming months at a price not yet known but probably higher than Oukitel K4000, which has the same specifications of the other two except for the 5-inch screen HD and a 4000 mAh battery for a week of autonomy. Oukitel K4000 costs about 130 Euros
