Razer Kraken Pro V2

Razer has announced new gaming headset Razer Kraken Pro V2 and Razer Kraken 7.1 V2, which introduce several updates to the original design, to meet the growing demands of athletes and esport gaming enthusiasts.
The enhanced audio performance in the Razer Kraken V2 headset is based on two drivers 50 mm custom. They are wider than the previous generation, and offer a broader and perfectly balanced frequency range between playing audio and team communications. The Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 also feature an advanced 7.1 virtual surround sound system that allows you to complete the exact positional audio customization of an individual player.

The headphones are built with a new aluminum unibody structure more resilient and flexible than other materials usually used for this type of device. It’s been thoroughly tested to withstand drops, extreme downturns and to all kinds of “maltreatment.” The result is a perfect headset for professional gamers. The range has been designed for balanced weight distribution and a low clamping force for maximum comfort during extended gaming sessions.
The halls are wider, soft and insulating than before. They are also easily replaceable, with a choice of oval or circular shapes. In addition, they are equipped with special in-mold channels that allow gamers who wear glasses to wear headphones without problems even during long gaming sessions. The microphones of the Razer Kraken Pro V2 and V2 Kraken 7.1 offer a unidirectional recording pattern and a convenient retractable design.

Exclusive of the Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 is the anti-noise digital microphone, activated by Razer Synapse, allowing gamers to eliminate the noise during the LAN events to ensure a crisp and clear communication with teammates.
The new Razer Kraken Pro V2 ((analog 3.5 mm) and Kraken 7.1 V2 (Digital USB) are available for pre-order from 29 September and will go on sale in October at the price of € 89.99 and € 109.99.
