tablet Cube I7 Remix

I7 Cube is one of the 2in1 with Intel Core M’s most successful. This is demonstrated by the fact that it has been proposed in various versions: the first with the Windows operating system dates back to January 2015, followed in April by a version with Ubuntu Linux, Cube I7-CM, and more recently by a configuration with active pen.

In addition to models with Intel Core M (Broadwell-Y), in May was presented a variant with Intel Bay Trail Atom Z3735F Remix OS operating system and, under the name Cube Remix I7. Remix OS is based on Android, optimized with a style taskbar in Windows, with support for screens of size bunks, a true multitasking multiwindow, and a number of other customizations that allow you to have a user experience closer to that of the system Operating Redmond. From April, Remix OS is free, free license for OEM partners, and Cube is among the first ever to have it adopted.

A few days ago it was announced also upgrade to Remix OS 1.5, a major release because it brings with it the transition from Android 4.4 to Android 5.0 Lollipop. The timing is particularly appropriate to buy a I7 Cube Remix, perhaps taking advantage of the offer of Gearbest that offers the model with 2GB of memory and 32GB of storage for the price of 170 € and free shipping.

Cube Remix I7 formed 11.6 “like other Cube I7 with Full HD IPS panel, a sturdy aluminum frame which houses two speakers on the sides with sound boxes inside, 2 doors microUSB and microHDMI digital video output. The ability of Storage can be expanded via a slot for micrSD. On the bottom, some pins allow you to connect a convenient keyboard dock, but in this model is not bundled but as an option at a price of about 50 euro.
Despite the thickness of only 8 mm thin and weighing about 700 grams, I7 Remix Cube incorporates a 8,400 mAh battery that allows a range of up to 8 hours in the video playback thanks to the power management evolved the Intel platform.

The hardware is certainly interesting, but what is most fascinating is the Remix OS operating system, developed by the Chinese Jide that after a debut in China and the US, is now focusing on the European and Italian markets.
