ASUS ROG G701VI notebook gaming GeForce GTX 1080

ASUS announces yet another upgrade for gaming notebook ROG series, more Pascal-Powered; the Taiwanese company provides an upgrade for the popular ROG G701, available now with GeForce 1080 GTX Mobile. Obviously it is a high-end solution, signed ROG G701VI and very similar to the version presented in the summer with Maxwell GPU Nvidia GeForce GTX 980.

Together with the powerful GeForce 1080 GTX, ASUS also mounts a panel 17.3 “120 Hz Full-HD (G-Sync), probably a ahva with response time not too high.

The rest of the features will not change; the user can opt for a processor Skylake i7-6700HQ Core or Core i7-6820HK with unlocked multiplier. The RAM is of type DDR4 and has a maximum capacity of 64GB, while not lacking two USB 3.1 Type-C (With Thunderbolt 3), HDMI 2.0, Mini Display Port, 3 USB 3.0 and a storage that also offers two SSD PCI- And in RAID.

In short, a very handsome machine but it will have a prohibitive price; ASUS has not made communications in this regard, much will depend on the application’s settings.
