During Broadband World Forum 2016, which started today at the ExCeL conference center in London, ZTE will present his new set-top-box with 4K HDR ZXV10 B860H, TV equipped with Android operating system.

Unfortunately, the data sheet is missing a crucial detail, or what the exact model of the SoC. We only know that the manufacturer is Amlogic, but apart from the fact that it’s quad-core architecture and 64-bit, we know nothing. In any case, it should theoretically be dell’S905X (the same Xiaomi Box I): the VP9 decoding is now a mandatory requirement of Android TV, and HDR is part of the specification. For the rest, we find good features but not excelled:
Amlogic SoC quad-core (likely S905X)
8 GB of internal storage
2 GB of RAM
Connectivity: Wi-Fi 2×2 AC, Bluetooth 4.1 and Ethernet 10/100
Video Output: HDMI 2.0a port, up to 4K @ 60 Hz HDCP 2.2, and profiles HDR10 HLG HDR, CEC support
Video codec: VP9 Profile-2, HEVC / H.265 10-bit (max 4K @ 60 FPS), AVC / H.264 (max 4K @ 60 FPS), MVC / H.264 (max FHD @ 60 FPS)
ZTE ZXV10 B860H also offers integration with other services “smart home” of the company, such as Multi-Screen, HD Video Call, Family Album, IoT Home Network and Voice Assistant. For the moment we have not been announced pricing and availability
