The market is full of ultra-slim notebooks of various sizes and prices, but the range LG Gram is the one that best represents the category with some of the most compact models. The family currently has two laptops: LG Gram 13 13.3-inch and 14-inch LG Gram 14, both with a thickness of 12 mm and a weight of no more than one kilogram.
In the night (Italian time), LG has expanded the range by introducing a new model with 15.6-inch display and Intel Skylake. As younger siblings, the new LG 15 Gram (15Z960) will weigh only 980 grams, with overall dimensions similar to those of a 14-inch ultra-thin and probably frames. We currently do not have many details on its specifications and design, but we will know more in a couple of weeks at CES 2016 in Las Vegas, where the Korean company will show live the notebook with its new series of monitors.
On that occasion we will also discover the prices and availability on the market, but hardly Italy will be involved.
If you really LG 15 gram weigh about one kilogram, we will represent a record for the category. Will “simply” one of the notebook’s “Texan” lightest on the market and by way of comparison will be more compact than the Lenovo LaVie Z that weighs 850 grams but has a smaller screen of 13.3 inches.
